LIABILITY WAIVER

Assumption of Risk

Participation in Veracity Solutions training courses involves inherent risks associated with the use of firearms, ammunition, and outdoor environments. By registering for and attending any course, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

You agree to release, waive, and discharge Veracity Solutions LLC, its instructors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to any injury, illness, death, or property damage sustained during training activities.

Safety Compliance

All participants must follow range safety rules and instructor directives at all times. Failure to comply with safety protocols may result in immediate removal from the course without refund. Veracity Solutions reserves the right to dismiss any participant deemed unsafe.

Medical Fitness

Participants affirm that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in firearms training. Any medical conditions that may affect participation should be disclosed to the instructor prior to the start of the course.

Equipment Responsibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring their firearms and equipment are in safe, working condition. Veracity Solutions is not responsible for damage to personal equipment during training.

Photo & Media Release

By attending a course, you grant Veracity Solutions permission to use photographs and video taken during training for marketing and educational purposes unless you opt out in writing prior to the course.

Full Waiver

A full liability waiver and release form will be provided and must be signed by all participants prior to the start of any training course. This page is a summary. The signed document at the course is the binding agreement.
