Our refund and returns policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Course Availability: Veracity Solutions reserves the right to modify course schedules or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be promptly notified, and alternative arrangements will be made, including the option for an exchange to a different course or a full refund.

Refunds
Once your request is received , we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
Participants who are unable to attend the scheduled dates for a course may request an exchange for future offerings of the same course, subject to availability.
Exchange Procedure: Requests for an exchange for new dates must be submitted to Veracity Solutions at least 45 days before the start date of the original course. Requests received after this deadline may not be accommodated.
